However, we are also offering our services to Callcenters, and companies willing to opt for VOIP in order to reduce their costs. CallCenters can contact us for a more detailed case study. Also, individuals and residential customers are also welcome.

 

Q: What Codecs do you offer ?
A: G711 ulaw & alaw, G729 & G723.

 

Q: I am a switchless reseller. Can you provide me with an application to start my business and manage my customer accounts with a very low investment ?
A: Yes, we can. Please add this info to your signup comments.

 

Q: How is the authentication based ?
A: Login and Password, exclusively. Please add a line in your signup comments if you need IP based authentication.

 

 

 

 

 

Q: How can I refill my account ?
A: You can either pay by Paypal, Credit card, Western Union or Bank Transfer. If you want to pay by cash, you will be contacted by one of our sales representatives in your area.


Q: Can I see your ratelist in USD ?
A: We work in Euros, exclusively.

 

Q: Do I need to buy a monthly minimum volume from you ?
 A: No. If you want cheaper prices (provided you need a higher volume), please apply for an account at

Q: Do you offer lower prices for bigger volumes ?
A: No. We offer different rates for different Rate Plans.
